"This property is perfectly located in the center of Pistoia and offers anything you need. Rooms are nice and of decent size considering the location. There is underground parking 3 blocks away if you let them know in advance. Staff communicated via Whastapp two days in advance to coordinate check in, share front door codes, and parking instructions. I recommend this place! "

"Beautiful home in a breathtaking location! It is a perfect central point for visiting all locations in Tuscany. The house has everything you need and is spdead out on 4 floors so everyone has privacy.Gianluca is a very gracious host and makes sure everything is top notch during your stay. There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. "Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
