"Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch, abgelegen und ist sehr ruhig. Pure Erholung in schönster Natur, auch für den vierbeinigen Begleiter (Hund). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.“"

Op zich een fijn huis maar getuigt van onverschillig onderhoud - het bestek zat nog in plastic, de laden van de koelkast ook. De keuken was vettig en het meubilair doorgezakt. Maar wel 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en prima woonkamer. Buiten alle ruimte"

"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und...

"Magliano in Toscana-casaletto con piscina-6885002 Ho soggiornato qui con la famiglia e gli amici a Natale.Tutto nuovo e ben curato.L'atmosfera è incantata forse anche per la totale assenza di passaggio di macchine essendo la proprietà alla fine è della strada.Il paese è un tuffo nel Medio Evo.Anche i nostri cani hanno trovato un comodo alloggio.Tornerò in estate.Grazie ai proprietari per aver mantenuto ogni promessa fatta nell'annuncio.Cosa ormai rara.A presto.Ivan"

"Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Ansedonia. Schon in der Vorbereitungsphase haben Ronald und Carey so warm und großartig mit uns kommuniziert. Das Haus selbst wird auch von der Familie übers Jahr genutzt, was in Ferienhäusern immer ein echtes Plus bedeutet: Die Küche war top ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht, viele private Dinge schaffen eine heimelige charmante Atmosphäre, Bücher, Fotos und vieles mehr. Der Blick von beiden Terrassen ist atemberaubend schön, die Sonne geht jeden...

"A very nice place with spectacular surroundings. We had a lovely stay! Only 2 things to take into account: the nearest supermarket is 20 m away and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes."

"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist wintertauglich und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Unterschiedliche Zimmer von sehr gross und schön bis zweckmässig. Grosse Badzimmer. Viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten. Die Betreuung durch Roberto war hervorragend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse (nur ab der SS 2 möglich!) ist etwas ruppig. Alles ist gut organisiert."

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…"
