"Great placement, loved being able to bring our pet, hiked adjoining mountain with flowing water. At a ski resort in 10 minutes, spent full day in downtown Salida. Being that private and left alone is worth the extra expense over a hotel for the week."

"It was our third year in a row staying here and it did not disappoint. It has everything you need and more. The location is perfect smack in the middle between Salida and Monarch Ski Resort. It has always been clean and comfortable. "

"Everything was great, really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is excellent only five minutes away from the spring.. the only thing we were missing is a fire pit outside to make smores. I do think pillows and towels could use an upgrade. And it would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner available."
