"We absolutely loved our stay at the Steadings! Was a random find on hotels.com and we’re so glad we found it! Really good price for the time of year (December) - we booked in May (roughly). It was decorated for Christmas, and had everything we needed. A rare find but total treat! Would definitely come back and recommend! The only negatives would be the hottub not being covered - this is due to be rectified! And the road down to the lodge is very bumpy - a typical farm road! Make sure you follow...

"Fantastic welcome from Sam the host. Great breakfast, really appreciated the fruit salad, that was a nice surprise! Very nice comfortable room and just a short walk from town. Great recommendations of pubs/restaurants and the discounts are a nice touch. WiFi reception could be improved but it was sufficient to get some work done in the evening.
