The grounds and hike were wonderful and well kept. We enjoyed exploring it very much. Our room was quiet and had a lovely view out the windows. It was different than a regular hotel and we really enjoyed it. Would stay there again.

Loved the charm of the palace. Everything was just lovely. The hiking trails and the grounds and the views were 10/10!!! Nestled in beautiful Pitlochry. Must hike and do pitch and putt!

Beautiful property with the most friendly staff. Connor at front desk was extremely friendly and was able to help with everything we needed. The bar staff and restaurant staff in the morning were helpful and all with a smile. As we were traveling for days, the self serve laundry wash/dryer were very needed and easy to use. Would highly recommend this property.

Had a great time and the room was very nice. We requested two beds and it was one but they corrected it quickly. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The grounds and the hotel are beautiful. Had a great time later on with the entertainment.

What a delightful place to stay! Loved their museum telling you about this Victorian era hotel, beds were very comfortable and the food in the bat was delightful! So worth it to stay here!

The building is obviously old but has been well looked after and is clean. Bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent! Signage approaching the hotel could be clearer as well as inside the hotel.

The room was lovely, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Wifi was not working. The sink was blocked. No heating was working in the room. The phone was not working to call reception about problems. Overpriced for what we received. I was planning to book a couple of weeks later in the year for work, but without wifi I wouldn't be able to. The response I received was that it's a big place to provide wifi for every room. I've stayed in better hotels for less cost.

This hotel is a beautiful older hotel. Our room was in a tower and quite lovely with a comfortable bed, little sitting area with a couch and chairs and 2 bathrooms . We were delighted to have access to the laundry facility and the short golf course on the grounds. We also enjoyed the hiking areas on the grounds. We were able to walk to town and to and from the train station. We just had duffel bags so the steep driveway and stairs were manageable but wouldn't be if you a lot of bags. The buffet breakfasts were great, just remember if you want toast, to order toast from your server when you are seated. We also ate dinner there one night and it was also excellent. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean and well designed. The snacks in the room and tea kettle were a great perk. I would definitely stay here again.

From check in right through to check out the staff were excellent. Fonbas Suite was lovely and comfortable with views to dream of. Sitting room upstairs was very well stocked for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Milk and bottled water also supplied. Bedroom was very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was buffet style but had a plentiful supply of hot foods. Bar was busy and entertainment on the friday night. The hotel has had a lot of cosmetic decor changes too. As always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A place to relax and enoy yorself in lovely surroundings. The gardens are beautifully maintained.
