  • Beautiful lake house located on open water with magnificent lake views. Property includes private boat house and docks for guests enjoyment. Home is located directly on Lake Bob Sandlin. Lots of extras including gazebo, boat ramp, boat house, and hot hub overlooking lake and sunset! Home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with large deck for entertaining and enjoying the unobstructed lake view! Home has the best sunset views in all of EastTexas! Fish are always biting on the private docks!

    Property is very space efficient with plenty of room to enjoy family and friend time in common areas... or sneak away to your private room to curl up with a good book or binge watch your favorite show on netflix or dish tv which is included.

    Home is true `lake living` so there is about 1/4 mile of gravel/dirt roads that must be driven upon arriving to the lakehouse. Drive with care if towing a boat or RV.
