The hotel is very nice. The only drawback was no business area, no access to a PC. Also they maybe need a bit more variety in the tiny store area. The roo m was very clean and comfortable. Finally, the staff was very kind and helpful. I travel to Pittsburgh a lot so i will stay at this hotel again i'm sure!

We were disappointed that the beds were not made up. We realized we needed to request towels but thought the beds would have been made at least. Room was comfortable, food at breakfast was good. Would recommend and stay there again!

Good hotel in not so good neighborhood

The hotel itself was not bad, good breakfast too, the area was not so good. The hotel is located in a ‘barren’ neighborhood, abandoned buildings in front of a street where anyone could just look in to seeing customers swimming, eating etc.

Good option just outside the city centre

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. There was a minor issue which required and room change and was swiftly dealt with. If you are happy using the public buses, there is a bus a 2-min walk from the hotel which offers good connectivity to various routes, attractions and the light rail.
