Hard to get to the property initially with random downtown street closures. Very limited parking in front of the hotel. (There's a valet area & maybe 2 or 3 paid parking spots.) Once there, everything was fine. Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was lovely.

Great location, modern room, friendly staff and OK breakfast (not everything matched the online description and was very limited for a vegetarian (e.g. one of the days the yogurts had gelatine). Loved that they have an outside terrace upstairs. I didn't get to use it but it made the most of the lovely views.

Front desk staff was great. Very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that they clean the rooms every other day so my room was never cleaned throughout my stay. Also the gym machines need to be fixed because some don’t seem to be working properly. Excellent location though since it’s closest to many main attractions

The room was very clean. The staff was very polite . We did not take advantage of the breakfast situation. We did not need any parking cause we did not have a car with us . Our stay was cut short due to a family emergency and we had to drive back home and was not offered a refund for our 2 days left over from our hotel stay and we thought it was very inconsiderate of higher management. But I bet they rented out the room and took full advantage of making more money on the room being empty from our emergency situation. I will not be staying in this establishment again in the future.
