My stay at this hotel lasted 4 days, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold offerings. My bed was very comfortable, as was the room. This hotel is near many things such as good bus routes, grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. I would not hesitate to book at this hotel when I visit again.

The location is excellent, the hotel's facilities are great, the staff is amazing. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was the quality of breakfast as well as the cleanliness of the breakfast tables. However for me this is not a deal breaker and I would definitely return.

Great staff. Very large suite with superb kitchen amenities. The hotel overnight parking spaces are narrow, and on Saturday night, there was no room for my vehicle. But the staff at night was very helpful, and I was able to use a spot outside of the gated area. Breakfast offerings were of good quality for being complimentary. Recommended!

We have a service dog and I was not expecting a pristine room because, you know, dogs. But I do expect clean. The room was a just wee bit worn, but spotlessly clean theoughout, which is a testament to the housekeeping crew who kept it that way every day of our stay. The staff was lovely and my husband reports that the pool and gym were very nice. We orginally chose this Hyatt for its location, which worked out perfectly for all of us, dog included. We will be back

Clean room, helpful staff, parking available for extra 24 bucks, indoor pool on premises, stay here when I visit my daughter in college. Free breakfast is a plus but it's free and tastes like free food so temper the expectations

The hotel is a very short walk to UPMC Shadyside which is why I booked it. The breakfast was hot and delicious. There's a good variety and it's complete. There are places to eat and drink within half to three quarter miles that were an easy walk. And a diner only a couple blocks away.
