Staff is abrasive, room #318 was dirty, bathroom in same room was very dirty, room had a bad smell to it. Entrance of the hotel is dirty and a strong smell of Skunk odor.

They have the worst customer service the lady at the front desk is a rude and disrespectful person she talks to people with a confrontational attitude and her manager allows her to be this way towards their customers. Save your 400 dollars go to a regular hotel with people who want you to come and stay in their hotel

I'm an international tourist and I had a reservation made on Expedia for this place for a week. When I arrived on a Sunday, the reception was closed, and when we called the help line, a man came down smoking, in a tracksuit, and told us that they don't do check in on Sundays and that there are no clean rooms available at the moment! Was not a clean smelling place either and would certainly not of felt safe staying there anyways. The McKnight hotel next door is a much better and accomodating place to stay and I was very lucky they were able to take me as I had nowhere else to stay.

Hidden areas have lots of particles from before. Visible small mold or mildew on part of kitchen wall area. Had to change my first assigned room because of persistent fruit flies. No window mesh to allow ventilation or prevent flies and insects. Room was not vacuumed after I stayed 7days. They said it was cleaned but I could see particles of snacks etc on the floor. My rug was disgusting. It belonged in the thrash. I was so uncomfortable until I left.

I did make remarks on the website. It was nothing like the picture you show here! It was dirty, only got clean sheets once, with no pillow cases. We asked for clean towels and was told we had to wash the ones we had. We found out days later that the worker couldn't offer clean towels because his manager was standing there! No chair or sofa in the room, no pots & pans or dishes, only 2 old electric burners for a stove, there was no oven. Huge potholes, especially when leaving. Would never recommend anyone to stay there!

They said the room was premium it did not give premium at all. Our sheets were dirty. the floor was dirty. there was mold in the vents. The water pressure was off for the shower. The toilet ran all night. We asked for a house keeper or cleaning supplies and was told house keeper came once a week and we couldn’t use cleaning supplies so had to go out my way to buy my own. Sadly couldn’t cancel the room cause of work so had to deal with it for the week. unfortunately I would’ve cancelled and asked for my money back immediately.

This place is a scam the pictures And disgusting the person behind the counter absolutely knew what he was put into. He took my drivers license. Then he gave me a card and said go check out your room that you gonna be sleeping And the gentleman was laughing about it. I went to the room 212 or 214 I walked in the door. It didn’t look like the same room had blood all over the bathroom wall and on the Door. I went back down to the registration desk, and the gentleman was laughing at me when I walked up and I told him You sent me into that room with without telling me the dirt was blood on the wall and in on the bathroom door, and he just laughed at me then I asked him is there a different room I could go into and he said yes for additional fee of $50 a night I told him no and then he said I’m not gonna get my money back but I still left and I see another hotel and it’s costing me more money and I’m gonna stop this transaction from happening. If I don’t, I am going to sue the living dog pants out of that hotel. It’s against the wall to send me into a room that has biohazardous material in it. And that guy knew that that was there. It’s a scam to get you to pay more money and wrong just wrong.
