Every time I interacted with a staff member, they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My room was clean, and I was able to stay with my dog, which is very important to me. I was able to book same-day, even with Christmas around the corner. I was also able to keep warm and enjoy an accessibility-friendly room.

Never stayed at a Red Roof. I noticed a smell when we came in. Only hot water in bathroom sink, no cold water. Beds weren’t bad but I would spend a little more and stay at a little nicer place.
