Staff was very welcoming. Appreciated the smiles after traveling a ways to get to Pittsburgh. Located right in the action in downtown Pittsburgh! Room was very nice. Was concerned because we were in a room that was right next to the elevator and across the hall from a family with kids. Was VERY IMPRESSED that we didn’t hear the elevator OR noise from the hall! Room seemed very insulated. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast in the morning but chose the hotel for that perk. Will definitely choose this particular Marriott again.

Amazing breakfast! I loved that there were many breakfast options to choose from. I loved the room, very comfortable and convenient with full size fridge and all kitchen essentials. Only dislike was that the pool was under renovation and that parking was an additional daily charge.

disgustingly dirty room! Reserved a suite for a Steelers game (location was great, 7 min walk to stadium which is why we booked despite the reviews). Stains on carpets, stains on couch, bathroom floor looked like it wasn't cleaned for years, dirt and slime in corners of floor and wall, towel rack laying on floor broken, dirty elevators (smudges and nasty things on the walls), and on and on! Called front desk to get sheets for the pullout bed (by the way, the pull out bed is a double, barely big enough for one person), sheets came and had stains on them (mattress on pullout bed was stained as well). Called back and asked for clean sheets and was told that we had to come get them ourselves. Went and picked them up and they were also stained (but appeared to have been washed). Only reason we give it 2 stars was because of the location to Acrisure stadium (hotel is right across the street from PNC as well) and the breakfast was surprisingly good and the breakfast area was clean by comparison to the room. This was one step above a welfare hotel, definitely would not stay here again.

The furnace spelt like burnt popcorn then my husband informed me that was because it stopped working! The carpet was torn and frayed in the living room area and the cabinets in the bathroom area desperately need replaced. The room was in good shape, the cost was good, we had three people so we needed the pull out couch bed to sleep on. We requested the items for the pull out bed at check in, waited an hour for the supplies, called the desk again, waited another half hour (now it’s around 11:30 pm), started walking to the desk to ask for a third time and came into contact with the person working our floor. He went down, got our items and brought them up to us. When you have to wait over 90 minutes to get a few items for your room, that is frustrating. The breakfast was good the next morning and check out was nice and easy. The other problem we had was the toilet leaking water on the floor.

Room was a great size, had a mini kitchen and ahd everything you could need for the perfect getaway. Sadly the closet doors were off the tracks and could not be put back on. Personally did not need it, did tell the front desk though. They have a great breakfast. Was warm and fresh.
