"We booked a vacation on a budget this year so we weren’t expecting a 5 start resort we arrived and we had a few issues mainly because of the housekeeping staff. The staff outside of housekeeping was amazing. We arrived late Saturday there was still food in the fridge in both my room and my parents room, there were a bunch of water bottles behind the pull out couch in my room and the sheets on my parents bed were dirty and needed to be changed. Also the original room I was in had a roll away AC unit due to an issue with the thermostat which I get it things happen. The women working the desk didn’t speak great English so we had to wait a hour for her co worker to come in to fix our issues. He moved us that night to another room and then the next morning the manager moved us back up to the floor my parents were on and into the adjoining room. We did have an issue with the keys to the room but they apparently are having an issue as they just updated the property. The manager was very nice she fixed all the issues and made sure everything was taken care of from that point on. Overall the the hotel and MOST of the staff were amazing the main issue is with the housekeeping staff however I would definitely stay again especially at the price."

"Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!"

"Hospedarnos en qDay IN fue una expresión I extraordinario comenzando desde el check in la señorita y la otra persona ( joven) fueron muy amables no esperamos nada para recibir nuestra llave al entrar a la habitación tenía un olor muy agradable , las señoritas del servicio. Siempre estaban dispuestas ayudarnos si límites nos ofrecían toallas, jabón, papel me encantó su piscina conjaedin hermoso Solo me resta decir que no dudaría en volver. De todos los que he visitado este. Es el que más me encantó a Mi familia igual"
