"We spent three nights with 37 family members. Everyone from senior citizens to a toddler had a great time. The pool table, ping pong table and foosball table were always in use. The pond was a popular spot. The kitchen is great for taking care of a group. We plan on making this a regular event."

"This expansive house is the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot)!! You can tell the owners have thought through all the things and really care to make this place a fun and comfortable experience from the themed rooms to the well thought out spaces. Our large group of six families fit, no problem! I love the built in bunks for the kids, they are sturdy and quiet and my room even had a separate little office I could put my baby in and not worry about my other kids waking him! The two dining tables accommodated us at meals and didn't even feel squishy. I prepared much of the food and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed even crockpots and some spices that I forgot. The game room was so fun for not only the kids, but also the adults! We stayed in the summer and loved the fresh mountain air, the beautiful views, hiking, exploring along the river (all the boys cold plunged!!), grilling on the patio, and more. It was the perfect getaway! I can only imagine how perfect this spot is in the winter as well, as it is quite literally right off the slope. It's one of the first and most convenient to access houses so if you're driving in the snow I could see that it'd be easier to get to than some other houses. I cannot highly recommend this spot enough! I am so glad we gave this place a try and I am confident we will be back again! "

"We had the best weekend here!! The house was the perfect size and layout for our family reunion! The house was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group. We loved the location, we floated down the river several times. The hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater, and kids playground were a huge asset to keep the kids busy and everyone was easily entertained! We walked up to the cute little convience store and got ice cream several times as well! Lisa was a great host, she took such great care of us! Overall we loved our stay and will return! "

"The location of this property is perfect for any visit to Marysvale. It’s close to Miner’s park with plenty of ATV trails and a short hike to an amazing waterfall. It’s also close to Big Rock Candy Mountain that has tons of fun activities including rafting and they offer bike rentals as well. The property is also close to the Fremont Indian State Park. It’s worth a visit especially with kids to see petroglyphs. They have short easy trails perfect for families such as the Cave of 100 hands and Sheep Shelter. The property is also very close to one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried, Tomatoes Pizza Pie, give it a try! The property itself is roomy and has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating. I had no problem cooking and serving meals to my family of six. The two full bathrooms made it easy to clean up at the end of the day since we had two showers to utilize. The TV and comfortable couches were great for movie night and we had fun playing the games that were there. The view is beautiful and the deck has a BBQ and some nice seating. We were provided plenty of paper towels and the sandwich baggies were helpful on our last day to pack lunch in preparation for our long car ride home. Peggy is a great host and was friendly and willing to help at any time! Something to note: *There is a washer and dryer for clothes on the property, but there is a cost of 6.00 to use them. "

"Our family enjoyed the little cabin we rented in that it was spacious and had a deck that faced the beautiful Sevier river. We did not like that the bathroom was public and in a central location. We also did not like that the public showers charged a fee to use, 25 cents for 45 seconds of water usage."

"My husband and I and our dog were passing through to Colorado and this was the perfect stay for the night. I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the deck in the evening while looking at the mountains. My dog was able to run around and get some exercise. We made dinner there and had everything we needed to prepare it. The bed was comfortable. The host was wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again!"
