A great hotel to stay in to explore Madrid as itās just on the outskirts of the centre and only took 10 mins in a taxi to get there. A relaxing hotel with a great pool. Staff were pleasant with some staff looked miserable and as though they didnāt want to be there.

"The location is amazing as was the welcome and assistance from the team. The rooms are on the small side but as we had dogs they gave us a terrace so they could stretch their legs. I think the charge of ā¬35/ dog is excessive for two small dogs"
