"Our room was not that we’ve seen and chose on the picture, it was tiny, furniture there worn out to the level that you couldn’t use it. Shower’s wall ,which facing the room, was transparent! The room was on the fourth level which compares to the seventh floor in US with no elevator (my husband is 67). My phone company denied internet connection saying it’s not safe. "Great central location. Fantastic air con. They were the 2 good things. Our room had zero privacy. Shower flooded bathroom, they fixed it quickly but then didn’t replace the towels we’d used to mop up. All the hotels we’ve stayed in Sicily we’ve adored, this one was a bit disappointing.
