"The property is a few miles of Luccmajor. The address in the description ain’t correct. The owner helped us by phone and gave us the right directions so there wasn’t a problem. The parents of the owner live next door and are really very helpful if we needed anything. The pool is very nice. The house was very clean. There is a lot is space and quittness just what we wanted. If you want a lot of luxury than it is better to choose another house. At the back of the house is a ranch where a horse is....

"Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…)."

The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. "Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."
