The staff is amazing, the location convenient, the setting exquisite, the rooms luxurious, the food delicious. We felt very well taken care of and the entire staff was extremely attentive. The staff, especially Tariq, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided great insights into the area and places to visit. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience. "My family of 4 (two kids) had a lovely stay at this property! The accommodation is beautiful and the staff is very warm and helpful. They arranged a day trip for us to Meknes and Volubilis, and amended our breakfast based on what our kids preferred. Highly recommend the stay. Be prepared for a walk to the riad that involves a number of small alleys that might seem creepy at first but you get used to it quickly."

Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again."
