Loved the beach area and pool. Overall the Beachside Villas was a great place to stay - clean and comfortable. Our particular unit could have used a few upgrades, especially in the kitchen. Not having a full-sized refrigerator was a major disappointment.

This room was just ok. The area was quiet and easy to access. If you are on a budget, it works. Overall it was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The shower faucets were loose and coming off the wall.

Good value, great location. Vacasa were excellent.

We were already in Placencia, but wanted to extend our stay and try a rental apartment rather than a hotel. Vacasa made the whole process super simple and efficient. Once in they responded immediately to any issues (shout out to Kaprie who was superb). The apartment is spacious and comfortable and steps from the water. 3 restaurants within walking distance, for anything else you will need transportation.

The worst.

Rats in the villa, beach not cleaned in a long time and stunk. Refridge front door rusty. Very poorly maintained. I was there when it was Roberts Grove and it was fantastic. So sad. Slept on the deck the second night because of rats. Moved the next morning to a new resort. We had called them the night at 8pm and they did nothing until the next day around 10 am. We got part of our money back. Also no services at all. Pictures and web site are deceiving. Beware

Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful Location!

This Villa was beach front in a private tucked away grove of nature, with a pool right on the ocean. Whether you're walking the beach, sitting by the pool, or enjoying your patio with your guests, I highly recommend Beachside Villas for your stay in Placencia! The local teams and management company is also stellar! Kaprie, the Local Operations Manager, is incredibly kind and responsive!

Great location

Awesome stay!

We had a car so it was easy getting around, big parking, awesome apartment just where we wanted it. (Second floor with view). And beautiful rooms! Enough pools, so that we actually got one of the pools for us self. It was great. Had problems with the fridge, but a guy came and fixed it 30 minutes after contacting them (this in he evening! So good service! Everything we needed! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Vacasa in Placencia, Belize Mile 18.5 !!

Stayed here the first 2 nights of our vacation before setting Sail with Tradewinds. Very nice clean property, nice pool, and right on the water. Several good restaurants within walking distance !!!!
