Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle."

"This facility was really nice overall. The pool area was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but served us well. The area that could use some attention was in the upkeep. The laundry machines were in disrepair, with less than half of them being operational. One of the two a/c units in our room did not work, and the shower dribbled steadily even when turned all the way off."
