Sleeping and Amenities
The apartment accommodates up to six guests with one queen bed and two full futons. Amenities include satellite WiFi, air conditioning, a 75 inch Smart TV, washer and dryer, linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, one kayak, two paddleboards, books, games, cornhole, darts, hammock, beach chairs, and beach towels. The apartment does not have a dishwasher. Golf cart rentals are available from local island providers and are not included.

Rental Details
Pets are welcome with owner approval and a nonrefundable pet fee. Sunday check ins require prior approval. Smoking is not permitted. Rental charges include 12 percent tax, cleaning and reservation fees. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Credit card payments are subject to a 3 percent processing fee, which is waived for check payments.
