The second and third bedrooms are private suites with their own coffee bar and mini refrigerator, creating a comfortable and flexible layout for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Comfort and Convenience
The home includes WiFi, air conditioning, linens, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, dishes, and utensils. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, fishing access, and use of the community dock. Water is available at the dock, but electrical power is not.

Rental Details
Pets are welcome with owner approval. A nonrefundable pet fee applies to each pet, and breed or size restrictions may apply. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Additional charges include 12 percent tax, cleaning and reservation fees, and a 3 percent credit card processing fee. The processing fee is waived for payments made by check. Smoking is not permitted.
