"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."

"The appartement was very complete and on a beautiful location with a stunning view on the mountains. The Burn family is very kind and we had some very interesting and nice conversations together. Please check the wooden creations made by mr. Burn, amazing! We also did numerous hikes in the vicinity, a very enjoyable place to spent our holiday. We surely think of going back in spring time. "Très bon chalet avec des équipements pour bébé (berceau et chaise haute) situé en plein centre-ville de Jaun. La douche n'est cependant pas pratique. Des promenades et remontées mécaniques aux environs. Très bon séjour avec un accueil agréable."

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "
