Nous avions réservé la suite Santorin et avons été ebloui par la qualité des matériaux et les équipements proposés. La piscine et les petits coins détente étaient fabuleux. Le calme du lieu nous a permis de bien profiter et se reposer. Le ptit' dèj était vraiment délicieux et à la hauteur du reste. Le fonctionnement de l'ensemble est très bien organisé. "It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...
