"Beautiful beach hotel with genuinely warm service. I came here alone after a week of work in france. The rooms are large and spacious with a beautiful, private layout, good AC and ceiling fan. It was the perfect place to decompress. I had not been to this part of France before, and I was surprised by how many families and little kids there were. Very family friendly. The cocktails and food at the bar and baba were also excellent. A much more calm, relaxed and comfy luxury approach without being stiff or overly pretentious like other places in south of france. About a 15 min walk to a town with lots of ice cream and restaurants along the promenade."

Breakfast very good Spa ridiculously overpriced; therefore not used by us Room service excellent but room spoilt by obviously flooding by shower; in fact shower flooded every time it was used and had to use towels to mop up. Whole holiday ended on bad note , we had a 8pm flight and no room could behave a late check out"

"Love the people working in the hotel. There was amazing special Karina. She was a wonderful person. I have a beautiful chat with her talking about cats. It was a nice. It’s like a welcome home. "Good stay with one important note! The good: the staff was amazing and very kind, the breakfast was filling with gluten free options and good tea, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. Plus, the bathroom has premium toiletries from L’Occitane. The bad: The hotel uses SO much air freshener (automatically-dispensed fragrance) that it’s permanently in all spaces and even in the rooms. If you’re sensitive to smells or fragrances, this is your sign (unfortunately). The fragrance is dispensed automatically in the lobby. We had cover the entrance to the room with a bath mat to try and keep the smell out. The sheets are also cleaned with a fragrance-rich detergent, not the usual fragrance-free (not the usual big chain hotel standard). Lastly, just a little note on amenities. There is no mini fridge, kettle or a coffee machine in the rooms. You can get filtered water from the reception which is great but the lack of other room amenities (that are usually present for this tier of the hotel) made us feel a bit uncomfortable during the stay."

"Staff was rude, aggressive and or incompetent. Advertised roof bar is inexistent, room layout was ridiculous. Location is ok if you like walking, but the distances are quite a bit longer than the info given. Basically run by beginners and quite likely to ruin your day"
