Unique themed environment, service the French way

Had a nice stay. A unique location and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Surprisingly, most hotel staff hardly understand English and don't bother to speak a little English.

It feels like you are in a cottage in the middle of a forest. You’d never think that the entrance to the park is only 5 min away. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing buffet (both breakfast and dinner). Kids are already missing the ice cream machine ;)

Rustig hotel dicht tegen park Asterix

Ik vermoed dat dit wellicht het mooiste hotel is van Parc Asterix. Heel mooi vormgegeven in de natuur. Ideaal als je graag even de rust opzoekt na een druk dagje park. De kamers zijn écht heel leuk en ideaal voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Het is een dikke 5 minuten lopen tot aan het park. Het ontbijt was correct voor zijn prijs, maar geen topper.

Sejour de 24h en famille, l'environnement est top, notre fille avait des etoiles dans les yeux. Le seul point négatif est le debit de l'eau, nous étions au dernier étage et sûrement prenions nos douches au meme moment que les autres clients et nous avions qu'un filet d'eau... il a fallu attendre avant d'avoir de la pression.

Séjour en famille

Notre séjour s’est bien passé, nous avons bien profité du parc et des différents services de l’hôtel. L’environnement est agréable et apaisant. Cependant pour le prix, les chambres mériteraient amplement un standing 4*, avec bouteille d’eau et plateau de courtoisie par exemple. Le restaurant propose un large buffet, varié et de qualité pour un prix raisonnable. Petit bémol sur la propreté des tables ceci dit. Dans l’ensemble c’était correcte. Quand à l’accueil, le personnel est souriant et professionnel. Nous recommandons ce type de séjour et pensons revenir très certainement. Contient de l’impact qu’a eu la crise sanitaire sur le secteur de l’hôtellerie/restauration, nous vous souhaitons une bonne fin de haute saison. Force et courage à tous. A très bientôt
