Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"The staff are very attentive if you have additional requests. I requested for additional slippers and bin bags and they replied quickly. Also, they save you hassle as they do shopping for all your essentials long before you arrive and they are ready in your apartment. That for me is an extra service that I didn't experience in other hotel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres.
