"Clean and just as described. A really lovely place to spend a few days and chill with friends. Really well located and Felix is a lovely host - super helpful and very accommodating. The lounge is also so so comfy and great to relax and watch TV in. Durlach is easy to get to, so you have lots of options to travel in Karlsruhe and beyond. The only little things were that there wasn't much cutlery in the kitchen and there weren't blackout blinds in the bigger bedroom so light did come in in the...

"Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Ferienwohnung war wirklich schön, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein bisschen Platz, um Lebensmittel zu verstauen, wäre schön gewesen, aber wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin haben wir auch kennengelernt und sie war sehr sympathisch und unser Hund durfte auch im Garten laufen."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This stylish and comfortable apartment was even nicer than the photos. We were very pleased with the location as it was close to so many shops, restaurants amd public transportation. Would stay here again."
