Relax in this authentic Breton family home!
The authentic, spacious house is ideal for families, couples and/or friends. Pets are allowed.

The house is located in Plaine-Haute, a small town 15 min from Saint Brieuc, directly accessible by TGV.

This authentic Breton house (approx. 100 m²) has a hallway on the 1st floor leading to a large bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Next door is a small bedroom with 2 single beds and a small bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters and double-glazed windows.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen, as well as a spacious winter garden with a direct view over the large garden of almost 5,000 m². Depending on the season, you can watch the sunset from here. The garden is fully enclosed, making it ideal for sporting activities such as soccer and badminton.
