"The only real thing you have to sell is customer service, I took a shower and washed my hair in cold water. Also, something in the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom made a noise like the constant drip of a faucet. It was not that but that is what it sounded like. Also change up the breakfast eggs. I like eggs but change from scrambled once in a while. The daytime girl at the desk was very nice."

"First room was a basement smell for 3 days, it got worse each day, by day three I needed to get to another room. Room was clean just the smell. Once on the third floor it was nice and clean and better smell."
