Dunes Motel

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was friendly and helpful, though honestly, we didn't need for anything and didn't have to make much use of their services. The room was immaculate. It is an older motel, so there is natural wear and tear, but you can tell that they take great care of the property and have made improvements (ample outlets and places to plug in chargers easily within reach, updated smart tvs with loads of channels/apps, environmentally sensitive toiletries, ambient lighting). We were put in a room on the second floor facing away from traffic, which was great. Street noise was not an issue. You can hear other motel occupants if they are being particularly loud. I recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. The property is at the intersection of two busy streets - I recommend entering/exiting the parking lot from the quieter side street to the west of the lot."
