"We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. Not possible to buy in the little hamlet and with families, maybe good to err on side of generous..."

"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"Truly rural getaway holiday home. Amazing views all around. Everything we needed in the house. Spiral staircase a little challenging but we were aware of that before we booked. "J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte pendant 3 jours avec mes deux petites chiennes berger des shetland car je me rendais dans la région pour un stage de mantrailing. Tout était parfait : propreté impeccable, endroit très calme, gîte très cosy. Hôtesse très accueillante et très sympatique et qui plus est adore les animaux. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Je pense que c'est l'un des gites de la région que j'ai le plus apprécié. Encore merci!"

"Morvan is beautiful and I highly recommend the area. I do not recommend this house however. On the plus side, the garden is beautiful and the upstairs bedrooms are nice. However, there are many issues with the house : the pool is not usable, the bridge is unsafe, the downstairs bedroom has a weird smell and noise coming from the electrical panel, one of the windows is obstructed by an old blanket, the set of keys worked randomly and we got stuck outside once. The house was probably very nice 5...

"Ideal setting for couples and families, with games and swings to play on.The views from the gite are wonderful. Great for activities, biking, walking and water sports or just relax outside. Only a few kilometres from a village with shops, and easy access to local places of interest and towns within a short distance. The gite was well equipped and the owner very amenable."
