"Everything was clean, staff friendly and well appointed room. Safe neighborhood and well maintained. Parking however is extremely limited. The hotel does NOT have enough parking for guests. We had a very difficult time finding a place to park."

"I accidentally made a duplicate reservation and canceled the second one, which was obviously unnecessary. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund due to their policies. The mistake lasted only about five minutes and didn’t cause any issue or block the room I had selected. Even so, they kept the full amount ($600). It would have been simple to refund the money back to my card, especially since the other reservation was used. Very disappointing, honestly."
