"So first of all i am handicapped. There was abig plastic pipe in front of the steps leading to our room. There was no railing on the steps. Once in the room there was only a hard little plastic chair. I have a bad back. I could not sit in this chair. On a good note when i went back to the office i was given a refund and went elsewhere that night. Manager was super nice. The room was clean. I did not like the lighting. It was in the ceiling and was super bright. No other lighting in the room. ...

"There were roaches in the room. The lock on the room door was broken. I couldn’t even stay there. I decided to sleep in my car"

"Like: convenient to reach. Dislike: broken elevator and placing 70 year old on 3rd floor."

"Evening staff was great! We came in late and once the receptionist saw our family she upgraded our room to the more spacious 2 queens with sofa!!"

"Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud."
