Leider haben wir von dieser Unterkunft nicht viel gesehen, da dieser Überbucht war. Wir mussten in ein anderes Hotel umziehen (Familienhotel) und konnten diesen aber besuchen. Angeblich wurde wurde dieser Info weitergeben, ist leider nur die bei uns angekommen. Die Anlage ist schön und das Essen gut.

日本人要注意ください。最低なホテルチェーンです。

ホテル到着後、予約過剰のオーバーブッキングで同系列のホテルへ（アクアマリーナホテル）変更されました。今回、このホテルはジュニアスイートで予約をしましたが、誘導されるホテルは条件がいいと言われ、同意したが、大嘘でした。2名での滞在に、ベッド4台のファミリールームへ。のんびりしたいとリビング付きで予約をしたにも関わらず、要はグレードダウン。ホテル曰く、アップグレードの一点張りで気分が悪くなりました。また、支払った価格と、当日、ホテルズドットコムで誘導ホテルの価格を調べてみましたが、５００ユーロも安く表示がされてました。これに対する返金なども保証もなにもない。要は、ソリマールチェーンには、ホスピタリティーというものが一切ない。フロントスタッフも教育がされていないのか、悪いという認識は全く感じていない最低なホテルチェーンです。所詮、クレタ島にしかないチェーンですので、こんなことでも成り立つんでしょう。あと、オールインクルーシブですが、これも食事は最低レベルです。5泊しましたがほぼ8割が内容が同じで、クオリティーも低いです。これまで色々オールインクルーシブホテルへ宿泊しましたが、イベロスター、メリア系列と比べ最低で最悪なレベルです。　またホテルのイベントなども少なく、全くレベルの低い状況です。　チェックアウト時にも、1組の老夫婦が予約過剰で別系列ホテルへ誘導されてました。言いたくはないですが、人種によってこういう手口を行うホテルではないかと疑ってしまいます。　折角の休暇はこのチェーンのおかげでめちゃくちゃです。どうか皆さん、気分良く休暇をお過ごしいただきたいのなら、このホテルは避けられたほうが良いと思います。気分だけでなく、大嘘つき、詐欺まがいなホテルですからご注意ください。

Ferie for alle pengene

Valgte 100% hyggeferie sammen med ægtefælle, og orkede hverken børn eller sure danskere. derfor købte jeg kun flybilletter fra DK til Kreta, og valgte, lidt heldigt, dette "lille" hotel med 72 værelseser kun for personer over 18 år med All Inclusive. Stille og rolige forhold, ingen kø ved baren, ingen kø ved måltiderne, og liggestole til alle. Vi var også heldige med vind og vejr, nord-Kreta kan være lidt blæsende.
