"We did a 2-night stay at Evans House II and it exceeded expectations. The amenities are great especially the full kitchen and jacuzzi. The location is great, not too far from the main tourist areas. Communication was hassle free during the check in and check out process. Highly recommend! "

"The rooms are beautiful- really well decorated, comfortable bed, nice towels and a gorgeous balcony. I loved the little kitchen area - really handy. The bathroom was also very nice and well designed. The location is perfect and dead easy to find. I would recommend staying."

"Good location within the old town of Chania. Slightly confusing check in as this is completed at one of the hotel groups other properties but not a big problem. "

"Property owners were very easy to communicate with and they responded very quickly when we needed their help. Location was amazing and close to walk into old town. Parking was a few minutes away and really handy to have when it’s hard to find free street parking. The place we got was three levels. Kitchen was fully stocked and a nice touch providing juice, milk, coffee, tea and cereal. Breakfast was included, and you walk across the street where they provide you with croissant, half sandwich...

"This was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet but not empty with the pool bar helping all of your needs. The staff are a nice family and so helpful. I fell ill one night and the amazing man behind the pool bar brought me aspirin and got his father to bring a thermometer. The balcony was great for our cheap date night and the kids around the pool loves the pool toys almost as much as my boyfriend did."

"The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable with a well appointment kitchen and bathroom. Location was excellent, tucked into a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of the port and downtown area and many shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was difficult, with delayed responses even when the issue was time sensitive. Overall a nice stay."

"The location of this hotel in the Old Town was perfect especially as we didn't rent a car. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing!! The breakfast was really nice and a good variety. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Old Town in Chania."
"The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower
The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private.
The food was so good, limited choices but even those choices - the food never tasted bad at all. However the restaurant itself was definitely not the best. The staff were a bit slow tending to tables. Service at the restaurant wasn’t as consistent.
The gym had good well maintained equipment.
We never got to check out the sauna or steam room properly as they had been switched off nor the indoor pool which was too cold for me ( they did warn us about the indoor pool as well ) But they looked clean and well maintained
However nowhere on the hotel description is it stated you have to pay daily to use the safe or that you have to pay use those pool beds with curtains or that you have to pay for the beach beds which there’s only about 10 of them.
Overall we had a good little break at the resort. It was lovely weather lovely food. Ohh and the water slides were definitely nice and it too in your face either."
"The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet. I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic."

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"
