"The Villa is in a prime location within easy access to the beach and restaurants. The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to respond when we reached out to them which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend a visit to this Villa."

"As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!"

"I went to the villa/house for just under five weeks. I had some time on my own, some with a friend and some with my husband. We all loved the house. The pool was kept spotlessly clean, it was 28-30 deg all the way through apart from the first day or two which was 26/27 and still warm enough to swim. It had everything you needed at the place and any small issues that arose were attended to by Amanda and Rob who managed the property. Mark, the owner, was always quick to respond all the way...

"First trip back for a number of years -could not have found a better spot. Great, well equipped villa with a pool overlooking the sea in a tranquil but accessible spot. Nothing in the way of facilities that we would want had been overlooked. We would recommend a car though, unless you are a hiking enthusiast -we tried on the first night and found the walk back too daunting after a full Cypriot repast! Pissouri has a number of excellent bars, taverns and restaurants, both in the higher village...

"We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . This time we found there to be no cleaner for the villa and the villa needs a good clean and update the furniture and fittings are tired and old and there is also a smell when you walk...

"This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host."

"We had a super time at this place and the owner was very easy to contact and so flexible when we asked to check out later. It was a spacious property with a well kitted interior and also a beautiful outside are with several outdoor sitting spots, a lovely size swimming pool and completed with olive and lemon trees! "We had a lovely holiday at Villa Pheakon. The villa is clean, light, modern and well equipped. We arrived late to find a very useful welcome pack which Pam, the local manager for the villa, provided. She popped in the first morning to welcome us and was always available to contact should there be a need. There is very efficient air conditioning (on timers) with the added bonus of ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well. The private pool was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed lovely morning...

"Lovely quiet location and a nice house, however just tiny things let it down , outdoor furniture in poor condition amongst other things the main issue was gaining access to the property we arrived at 10.30pm nobody was here to meet us and a code for the key safe hadn’t been given out , when earlier the week before we flew out I enquired about this. Also we had to find our way to the communal swimming pool by asking other people there is no directions as to where it is. These are minor complaints...

"Easy drive with easy to follow directions from the Airport, villa entry very easy and a small welcome pack made the first night/morning easy. Villa has everything you need and the garden/pool is perfect and not a small pool. Area lovely and quiet and we went to 5 different restaurant's in the village and couldn't fault any of them, nice supermarket 5 minutes drive in the village of Pissouri. Perfect base for a perfect holiday but I would say a car is essential to see the Island."
