"Main issue was the elevator situation. There were two large events going on at the same time and only two working elevators. We wpuld wait uo to 30 minutes to get one that was not already full. Ended up taking the stairs from the 23rd floor just so we could make the check out time."

"The rooms and bathrooms are very roomy and comfortable , not super clean, but managable.On the other hand you for that low price its asuper deal."

"Room was nice, beds comfortable. They were replacing the carpet on 2 floors so many rooms not filled. The casino was dead, no one was in any of the restaurants, not sure they were even open. One of the sports bars had a few people. It was kind of eery. I the price was right, so it didn't bother us."

"On arrival, this Indian lady who was seated with another Indian man was terrible, she spoke to us like she owns the whole world. We asked her to show us just the entrance that goes to our rooms but it looks like she was pinned on her chair, only to walk around we met other people outside who were lost looking for their rooms.We were all wandering like headless chicken in felt like we were gonna stay there for free. Finally after getting the rooms, pests were wandering around the rooms , my bed sheets were dirty, the floors looked like they poured sand there for months and abandoned them, I called the front desk to complain and that Indian answered the call and mentioned that rooms are clean , I can’t explain everything but overall , it is a terrible place . I know the price ain’t that high but it is for a basic hotel which at-least clean their rooms. I can never recommend anyone to stay there . Not even a simple shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! Terrible "

"The pool was supposed to be heated but was really cold. Although the kids didn’t mind there wasn’t a hot tub for adults and it was far too cold for me and seemed like the other parents around me. The shower was extremely disappointing as well, the water never got hot. At best it was warm. We ate at landshark for dinner and the food was “okay.” I guess I just had higher expectations. For $100 more a night kids would’ve had a better time at Great Wolf Lodge."

"Not a bad stay. Friendly staff and I felt safe. No pool and breakfast is lacking not much offer. Overall not bad"
