"The unit was perfect for our needs, close to visiting family in Louisville CO. The location is also good for visiting both Boulder and Denver. Do note, you can hear people walking on the floor above. "

"We loved this downtown loft! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with it and could have stayed longer. In fact, we’re planning on returning this summer for a trip to RMNP, which is less than an hour away. Estes Park is also close. Downtown Loveland has so many good restaurants and other places to explore. The property itself was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the massage chair!"
