HOWEVER, I requested late check out ( which was only 3 hours after normal check out time and for that they charged 1/2 the rate of one night) I decided to do so and let them know a day in advance before going to the beach in the morning. 30 min before check out security came to my room and I was instructed to call reception, which I did and I was told to please heas over to...

"Great place to stay. Note, during evening thunderstorms, power briefly went out for a minute or two, and it may be better to take the stairs rather than elevator when there is stormy weather. Nice pool, nice view of city, friendly staff.
Nice breakfast included, with beans, eggs... much better than a US continental breakfast. Highly recommend! "

"Olavaquero was everything I expected it to be and more. I have stayed in multiple rental properties around the world and Olavaquero's floor plan, design, amenities, location and style are top notch. It is by far the best accomodations in the area. The fully equipped kitchen, office, living & entertainment rooms are clean, well maintained and all the equipment is brand new.
