"This home is an absolute dream! It is better than even the pictures show. It is laid out with wonderful gathering area in the large kitchen and family area. The bedrooms are laid out so everyone can have privacy. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the outside area is laid out like a resort. There is also a great view of the water and we saw many whales in the distance. Communication with the concierge was easy and so helpful. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing. The location and scenery make it a really special place, and we truly enjoyed that part of the stay. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The attention from the receptionists, Blanca and Paulina, was not pleasant and felt unhelpful. In addition, the service from Juan at the pool was also disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I had already left the property, they contacted me and asked me to come back to pick up my deposit because they had made a mistake. It was inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of the poor service we experienced, I would not return to this hotel and I cannot recommend it to others. The property itself is beautiful, but the reception service was honestly the worst part of the experience and completely ruined what could have been a great stay."

"Rooms were really nice! The beds were really firm. Amenities and staff were absolutely amazing! I loved all the different activities they had every hour.. water yoga, pool volleyball, water cycling, arts/crafts, etc.. All the staff was very very friendly. "

"We had my bachelorette party here and it was an excellent villa for 10 people. The property is huge and gorgeous. The yard is super lush and we loved using the pool! Cindi, and her team with Adelita and Zain, were able to help us with anything; we set up a chef dinner at the house, we were able to organize shuttles to and from the airport, and they even stopped at the store for us. Zain responded to us at all hours with whatever we needed help with! It's also only about 15 minutes from downtown Cabo, so an easy drive, but nice and quiet. The only real issue we had trouble getting hot water for some of our showers. Also, you can't heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time. But these were minor, and we loved our stay. I hope we have an opportunity to go back some day!"
