"This home is an absolute dream! It is better than even the pictures show. It is laid out with wonderful gathering area in the large kitchen and family area. The bedrooms are laid out so everyone can have privacy. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the outside area is laid out like a resort. There is also a great view of the water and we saw many whales in the distance. Communication with the concierge was easy and so helpful. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. "

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The attention from the receptionists, Blanca and Paulina, was not pleasant and felt unhelpful. In addition, the service from Juan at the pool was also disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I had already left the property, they contacted me and asked me to come back to pick up my deposit because they had made a mistake. It was inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of the poor service we experienced, I would not return to this hotel and I cannot recommend it to others. The property itself is beautiful, but the reception service was honestly the worst part of the experience and completely ruined what could have been a great stay."

"The host was very welcoming. She was waiting for us there when we arrived. She even offered my wife and I a cold Corona which was very welcome after a long difficult trip. Based on the pictures and description, this was a standalone 1 bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and pool. Instead it is a room and bathroom in a shared house. You need to walk through that house to get to your space. Fortunately there was nobody else staying there. Since we were only staying one night, it worked out fine. We're just thankful we didn't book a week or two. I highly recommend revising the description so nobody else is surprised when they arrive. "
