"First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone! Im sorry i couldnt remember all of your names but Joseph amd the team were outstanding."

"The month we stayed celebrating a milestone birthday with family, friends was simply amazing. The villa offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Spending the days outdoor by the pool (which we heated), enjoying the gardens and each other were made even better using the outdoor kitchen.The people (owner, family, representative) couldn't have been nicer. You can walk to Loro Parque and Punta Brava beach. We spent many evenings walking into the center plaza, finding amazing restaurants, cafes, shops. The plaza has a taxi stand for a quick ride back to the villa.Highly recommend and hope to visit again!"

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."
