8/10 Good

"Great location, good for travellers who want to mix beach and visiting. Super safe for solo travellers. Easy access to the bus with a direct line to Palma. The boardwalk offers great access to many small supermarkets and restaurants if you don't want to go to Palma. Getting across the island to visit the Eastern part requires a car - taxi fares are extremely high if you don't want to burden yourself with a car rental, in addition to which parking anywhere is very difficult and in so some cases impossible. For North Americans the Air conditioning wasn't limited and not strong enough. Breakfast buffet lacked variety and there wasn't enough water bottles in the room fridge and no complimentary drinks were offered at arrival or in the room during the stay."

"The hotel is lovely. Plenty of breakfast choice. Clean. Choice of drinks. About £10 a cocktail. Room is lovely. Had a sea view. Cleaned daily. Really comfy bed. The pool lets itself down. It’s clean and warm. But there is Not enough sun beds so there is a scrabble/battle every morning and people reserve. Lots of people are disappointed. So if you are not one of the lucky few (particularly if the hotel is full) then you have no choice but the beach. And the beach beds are €15-€20 a day per couple."

"A well positioned and calm hotel 500 m away from the hustle and bustle of the beach , staff were unbelievable and dedicated Food and the menu were varied and impressive each day (stayed half board) Suite was large and restocked with coffee tea etc each day and beds were made The cleanliness of the hotel was best I have ever seen There is a lot of Germans visit this hotel but everyone spoke English and were polite and courteous Spa was really nice would stay again"

"Breakfast was good in that you could go anytime up to 1.30pm but the quality of the food could be improved to make the overall experience better . Staff wanted you to self check in which was a tad annoying after a long journey . The pool could do with more beds or place to sit as was pretty packed most of our stay ."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return."
