"This was our first time staying and we will definitely be returning. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly. My wife has a peanut and nut allergy and they were very good and at making sure the kitchen were made aware of this and it was never an issue. The hotels facilities are exceptional and the is finished to a very high standard. This hotel deserves to be listed as a five star hotel not just a four star. "

"Lovely hotel with great amenities and excellent location. The room was excellent and had a selection of great pools and bars/restaurants. The Marina is a 1 minute walk away and has amazing shops/bars/restaurants. All the staff were friendly and were happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and drinks and the quality was very good. The only one slight bad point was the bed mattress was very hard. We would definitely visit again if going back to the Island. "

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk. "
