Ocean Maya Royale - Adults Only - All Inclusive
It’s a lovely resort but if you are a beach (and not a pool) person, I would not recommend this resort. The beach area is very small and had a very limited number of lounges and umbrellas, and by 6am, all sun beds on the beach are taken.

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive
This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous.

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Pools were nice and ambience was excellent! Food was amazing as the selection changed from day to day. Staff was very professional however the Barceló concerge could be pushy at times with special rates and discounts. All in all i would bring my family back again.
