"Great people, staff, and activities "

"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."

"Beautiful spot. Lots of activities. Enjoyed our surf lesson , yoga and the beach picnic. Great staff. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Had a great stay. Staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant had decent option. The place is far from town but they have shuttles running, and you’re right next to Maderas Beach. "

"Very dirty, dusty, damp and smelly. Not very clean and gets very noisy at night: had to change rooms once then toilet blocked in new room and the whole thing was a nightmare"

"Todo me disgustó, el alojamiento cerrado, no pude entrar ni hacer check in, no contestaron el teléfono, no respondieron al tocar la puerta, basura en gran cantidad y fétida en la entrada del alojamiento, no se disculparon, el barrio muy alejado y muy peligroso."
