"Good to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves is very soothing. Beach vibe, sandy floor first floor. Hardwood floor second floor. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Not a hotel. 2 separate 'bungalows' with a common area kitchen, pool and palapa. We did not have a car but found a local in Playa El Tunco who knew the location and found us a driver. Could be a real challenge for first time arrivals (no sign). Spanish speaking caretakers live nearby eager to please. Bit of a hike to El Tunco, plus 100 or so steps to the bungalows. Very dark at night hiking from town. Would be better for small group self catering. Price too high for what you get."

"The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves . "I loved our stay here the pool and the beach are right there in front of the villa, the food and drinks are good and they brought the food inside the Villa few times which was very nice of them. There were seats everywhere and we can seat anywhere we wanted outside. It was mostly few other families but never too crowded. The place is clean and quiet also safe. The Air conditioning worked very well so was cool in there. I wish I could have enjoyed a little more of it but I had to go out and see...
