Oceanfront Rooftop Paradise on Luquillo Beach 2-bedroom condo Puerto Rico Island

"Lovely apartment however, it is up three flights of stairs which is not mentioned and may be harder for older travelers. Upon arrival we walked in to find a dead cockroach. The living room lamp shade dusty and rusted and the ocean view window although offering a nice view, the hardware needs updating as it made it very hard to open and was even detached from the window sill on one side. Aside from not opening it for fear that it would collapse it needs cleaning. The private balcony is ample and comfortable but the hammock was terribly tattered so did not use for fear of causing it further damage. Grill is rusted and needs to be replaced was not able to enjoy that either. Lastly, bedding had polyester sheets which retain heat not allowing for a comfortable sleep.Plusses; The apartment was well stocked, bathrooms were clean and the view was spectacular."

"This condo was amazing!! The location was fantastic-right in the beach, close to the Kioskos (restaurants and shops) and El Yunque Rainforest. So many other activities nearby, such as jet skis and Carabali adventure park, and a short drive to Old San Juan and Fajardo for the bioluminescent bay. The host Aida goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, and is extremely communicative. We are very sad to leave, which tells you we had a wonderful stay here!!"

"Communication for check in was given in a timely manner. Check in was super easy. This place was amazing for our family of 8. Lots of space, super clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing! Happy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to take with us to the beach, since we flew to the island. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to the beach and many other amenities. Thank you for hosting us!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Five stars isn't nearly enough.Every year we have a family get together for a summer adventure and we have concluded that nothing will ever surpass this experience.The house is fabulous, the owner was easy to work with, the value was amazing and the property manager was attentive and always ready to help (though rarely needed and only for minor things like additional paper goods).You could not imagine a more gorgeous location ... right on the beach in a quiet part of the island.The house is surrounded by beautify tropical foliage.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and well maintained. You will thoroughly enjoy your time at this little piece of paradise."
