"If you want a house with an amazing staff this is the place. Judy was especially helpful. Location is not close to the beach unless you plan on driving. Tip is not optional, they will ask you for it before you leave so it’s an expectation. House was just like the pictures show. Had a great time"

"Staff was really helpful and friendly. Presidential suites can use updating but for a short trip it was fine. Shower water not very warm if someone is used to that and toilet keeps running which I was told is normal. Overall the experience was fine."
