"The home was beautiful, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean and desert landscape was amazing. Although not located right by the beach or the pool, the ease of access by car was worth it. The pool was clean, in good repair and kid friendly. The entry point to the beach also included showers, trash cans and grills close by. We had a great time and would stay again based on the price and amenities. Overall rating was 4 instead of 5 due to minor inconveniences. They let us know ahead of time there was only one towel per guest, which was fine, but we were surprised to find that meant no towels in the kitchen or bathrooms to dry hands either. We had to go purchase some due to the inconvenience. The master bedroom AC doesn’t seem to work since it left the room stuffy, and the blender was very old and did not work. "

"Exactly what we needed for our long weekend. My husband is temporarily working in Tecate so we booked a long holiday weekend here with our dogs. The weather was very hot like we have in Arizona so we hit the beach early to let the dogs romp. Hardly anyone in sight due to season. The community pools are a short drive away. We enjoyed meeting the locals and spending hours there having drinks and relaxing. The property itself is as pictured. Can use some touch ups on paint but great space and although our dogs are good off leash, there is a fenced in dog park as well. Old west feel would be nice to enjoy in cooler weather sitting outside. Sunrise off the water in distance from front porch view. We would stay again. "
